What are good months to visit Baltimore?

I am planning to Visit Baltimore, US. So which will be good months to visit?

I was there in late April / early May, and the weather was nice and flowers in bloom everywhere.
It's always nice here, though the deepest part of winter can be cold and wet. So maybe April through November. And keep in mind the summers are warm (sometimes hot) and humid -- not as bad as Florida, but not as nice as Albuquerque.

Right now is a great time. The late spring and summer are just way too hot. You don't want any part of Baltimore then. I don't care what is going on then. Now the kids are back in school, the weather is in the mid 60's to mid 70's. You can really get around and enjoy yourself. The inner harbor attractions are not as crowded either. The weather should be fine till the holidays.
